On Tuesday, October 17, Twitter unveiled a new ad format. Video Website Card, the new ad format, is described by Twitter as “a creative format that combines the power of video with the ability to drive users back to a site to learn more or take action in the moment.” (Think Facebook’s Canvas Ad style) This ad format can be optimized for different goals, such as video views or website clicks.
